On January 19, 2026, FOREST-UKRAINE successfully completed a complex of works on crushing construction waste for JSC Ukrnafta. The project was implemented within the framework of a tender for the provision of services for the processing and crushing of construction waste generated in the course of the enterprise’s activities. <\/p>\n

The main task was to crush reinforced concrete structures, foundation blocks, slabs and other construction waste into secondary material of the 0\u201360 mm fraction for further use.<\/p>\n

Crushing of concrete rubble and reinforced concrete waste<\/h3>\n

FOREST-UKRAINE Company completed the processing of 1,972.5 tons of construction waste at several production sites of the customer.<\/p>\n

The work included:<\/p>\n

  • \n

    preparation of construction waste for crushing;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    crushing of reinforced concrete structures;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    crushing foundation blocks;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    recycling of concrete battle;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    sorting and storing finished material;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    transportation of special equipment and crushing equipment between facilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The result of the work was crushed construction waste of fraction 0\u201360 mm, stored in bulk in accordance with the customer’s requirements.<\/p>\n

    Geography of work performance<\/h3>\n

    Construction waste shredding services were performed at several facilities at once:<\/p>\n

    • \n

      Chernihiv region;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Poltava region;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Sumy region.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Thanks to the mobility of the equipment and the professional organization of the process, the work was completed within the established deadlines at all of the customer’s production sites.<\/p>\n

      Special machinery and equipment for crushing construction waste<\/h3>\n

      To carry out the work, the company hired specialized equipment and heavy machinery for processing construction waste:<\/p>\n

        mobile jaw crusher for crushing concrete and reinforced concrete;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        excavators for material preparation and feeding;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        loaders for storing the finished fraction;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        dump trucks and auxiliary equipment for equipment logistics.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The use of modern crushing equipment made it possible to effectively process large-sized reinforced concrete elements and obtain high-quality secondary crushed stone.<\/p>\n
