The main goal of the project was to build comfortable housing in compliance with high quality standards, modern construction technologies and established deadlines. <\/p>\n<h2>Completed works<\/h2>\n<p>As part of the implementation of the Lypynsky+ residential complex project, our company provided a full range of construction works:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>organization and management of the construction process as a general contractor;<\/li>\n<li>coordination of the work of subcontracting organizations;<\/li>\n<li>carrying out preparatory and earthworks;<\/li>\n<li>performance of general construction works;<\/li>\n<li>installation of engineering networks;<\/li>\n<li>quality control at all stages of construction;<\/li>\n<li>compliance with the work schedule and requirements of project documentation;<\/li>\n<li>commissioning of the facility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Result<\/h2>\n<p>As a result of the successful implementation of the project, a modern residential complex was built that meets the current requirements for comfortable and energy-efficient housing.
