Modernization of the kagat field at the sugar factory
The company “Forest-Ukraine” carries out the construction of objects of the agro-industrial complex. Thus, a large-scale project to modernize the kagatnoy field at the sugar factory was recently successfully completed. This work became another example of the high professionalism and dedication of our team.
Realizing the importance of the effective functioning of the sugar industry for the economy of Ukraine, our specialists have made every effort to provide the most modern solutions for optimizing the process of storing and processing sugar beets. The modernization of the Kagatnoye field has helped not only to improve the quality and reduce losses of valuable raw materials, but also increased the productivity of the sugar factory as a whole.
List of completed works at the sugar factory
Thanks to fruitful cooperation with the customer and clear work planning, the project was implemented in a short time and with strict adherence to standards. We performed a full range of works on the modernization of the kagatnoye field at the sugar factory. Specialists of the company “Forest-Ukraine” ensured timely and high-quality implementation of all stages of construction. Particular attention was paid to optimizing the use of resources and reducing the impact on the environment.
Here is the main list of works:
- Construction estimate.
- Development of a work execution plan (PVR).
- Drawing up a calendar schedule for the execution of work.
- Providing construction with special equipment (excavators, roller, dump trucks, bobcat, concrete mixer truck, concrete pump, crusher).
- Soil development with excavators.
- Transportation of soil by dump trucks.
- Dismantling of metal structures, reinforced concrete elements and communications.
- Ensuring the supply of materials.
- Recycling materials for economic and environmental benefits (concrete crushing, metal separation and sorting).
- Installation of a concrete foundation.
- Compliance with technological performance requirements (DBN and DSTU).
- Performing plumbing work (installing pumps, laying communications).
- Electric welding work (making a landfill pit from metal sheets).
- Manufacturing of metal structures (reinforcement, process pipelines, fencing).
- Concreting of a 10,000 m² site (double reinforcement, concreting, concrete compaction, grinding, cutting expansion joints, concrete care).
The successful completion of the project in the shortest possible time is the result of the coordinated work of our team of professionals and reliable cooperation with the customer.
Description of the modernization process of the kagatnoy field at the sugar factory
During the modernization, our employees performed a full range of work, starting with a thorough analysis of the project documentation and ending with the launch of the facility for receiving raw materials.
The modernization process included preparatory and dismantling works, the construction of a new reinforced concrete platform for receiving raw materials, the construction of a backfill pit and a raw material feed tray. In addition, a pumping station made of sandwich panels was erected, technological pipelines, pumps and other necessary equipment were installed. Electrical installation and commissioning works ensured the facility was fully operational.
Our team paid special attention to optimizing resource use and reducing environmental impact. Thanks to careful recycling of construction waste resulting from the dismantling work, economic and environmental benefits were achieved. The metal structures were sorted and sent for recycling, and the concrete rubble was crushed into crushed stone for reuse, which was used as the base for the new concrete platform.
To ensure the high quality and durability of the concrete platform, modern technologies and materials were used, including double reinforcement, concrete compaction, grinding and cutting of expansion joints. Compliance with the requirements of DBN and DSTU is a guarantee that the result will meet the highest industry standards.
Our company has once again proven its ability to implement large-scale projects, so cooperation with us is beneficial for customers.

Frequently asked questions
To accurately calculate the cost, we need to obtain basic information about the object. In most cases, it is enough:
photo of the building from the outside (from all sides) and from the inside
technical passport or project (if available)
height of the building and number of floors
type of foundations (monolithic, prefabricated, pile, etc.)
approximate distance of transportation of construction waste
The more complete the initial information, the more accurate the calculation.
In more complex cases, we go to the object to inspect and prepare a detailed estimate.
In practice, dismantling with preservation of structures almost always turns out to be more expensive.
This is due to the fact that:
a significant part of the work is performed manually, without the use of heavy machinery
the execution time increases
the risks for workers and structures increase
In addition, most used materials already have a significant degree of wear or have exhausted their resource, so their further use or sale is not always economically feasible.
In many cases, complete dismantling with subsequent processing of materials (for example, into secondary crushed stone) is a more profitable and safe solution.
During dismantling, we immediately perform rough sorting of materials:
metal is separated and sent for recycling
concrete, brick and other mineral materials – separately
wood, plastic and other waste – separately
Furthermore, several options are possible:
Transportation to a landfill – a standard solution, but involves additional costs for disposal
Recycling of materials – we crush part of the concrete and brick into secondary crushed stone, which:
is used for backfilling, roads, preparation of foundations
can be implemented
We help you choose the best option to minimize the client’s costs.
Yes, we have experience in performing dismantling work on objects damaged as a result of war.
Such objects require a particularly careful approach, as they often have:
emergency and unstable structures
partial collapses
increased level of danger for personnel
Before starting work, we necessarily conduct an inspection, assess the technical condition of the building and develop a safe dismantling technology.
If necessary, we provide:
development of a PVR in a short time
phased dismantling with risk minimization
sorting and removal of construction waste
We work throughout the territory of Ukraine (except for zones of active hostilities) and are ready to respond promptly to such objects.
Yes, in most cases, the implementation of dismantling works requires the development of a work execution project (PVR).
We develop PVR in a short time – usually within 2-3 working days.
The document takes into account the dismantling technology, safety, sequence of work and organizational solutions.
Our company provides full support:
preparation of all necessary documentation
maintenance of executive documentation
work with VAT and official closing of volumes
That is, the client receives not only work, but a completely closed process in terms of documents and reporting.
Yes, we perform dismantling work throughout the territory of Ukraine, except for regions where active hostilities are ongoing.
We have our own fleet of machinery and equipment, which allows us to quickly:
mobilize a team
relocate equipment
start work in a short time
Thanks to this, we work effectively both on local sites and on large projects in different regions of the country.
